It’s safe to say that when you come to my site, that you can tell I focus on child + families. I love love love running after toddlers + capturing their spirit. Early on in my photography journey I realized my strengths were in that field, much more so than photographing weddings. While I have photographed hundreds of events + am completely confident in my skills, I’ve turned down many weddings since 2008. When Caroline contacted me about photographing their intimate wedding this coming summer, I couldn’t say no. See, Caroline + Nate met at Princeton Seminary. If you’ve followed along for any length of time on the blog, you know that my husband + I moved to Princeton for him to get his PhD at the seminary. There is a special place in my heart for seminarians + with the glowing email Caroline sent me, I just knew that I’d be there on their special day!
