When it rains the morning of your family photo session, things will end up being a little wild. Luckily this sweet family went with the flow, meeting me on the campus of Princeton University to capture the fleeting childhood moments. Carrie + I worked together a few weeks before the session on clothing options, for them to look seamlessly put together without being matchy. I think we nailed it once again this year. I love the pop of yellow in the pants + the scarf, the houndstooth pattern, just everything about it makes my heart sing!
Last week, I sent Carrie the slideshow of all her photos. She ended up watching it at least 5 times, every time emailing me her thoughts. Seriously the best compliment I have ever received: “you made me love my family more.” That’s what I aim to do folks, make you fall in love with your family!!
