The moment I walked into the door, Liam loudly proclaimed that he does not like getting his picture taken. Then he wouldn’t stop talking. This guy did a complete switch from the other interactions he + I have had over the years, making me work every inch of the way. I think the switch had everything to do with us being in *his* home. He was comfortable. Then he + I became instant BFF’s, he naming off every kind of truck in a book, showing off his room, his new baby sister, + then not wanting to leave for school once we were finished. I absolutely love that we finally made a connection!!
The family did not find out the sex of baby, though Christine was hoping for a little girl. She got exactly what she wanted – the most preciously sweet girl. I love that when I showed up for our in-home lifestyle newborn session, we were able to show off a bit of femininity that was vastly different from Liam’s newborn session!
