I love the farmer’s market and even more so now that I have read Animal, Vegetable Miracle, Eating Animals and watching Food Inc. Anthony likes to joke that I am now his hippy wife. I’m alright with that if that means I can make a difference. The Trenton Farmer’s Market is now open 6 days a week and is next door to Halo Farm. Love local antibiotic-free/hormone free milk, eggs, and ice cream. On my recent trip, I was able to snag some parsley, basil and rosemary. Most of the stores were closed so I will be going back in the coming weeks to get more items. A few photos of the market!

Didnt know they had such great organic type stuff!! Used to love when my grandparents took me to Halo–they used to have a petting zoo there too!
Can’t wait for Farmer’s Market shopping this summer!
